I have specially created this energy clearing to release stress, anxiety and tension from your mind and body. After years of suffering with these things myself, I know all too well that we often get stuck in a vicious cycle of stress and it’s very hard to get out of it.
This recording works deeply with your brainwaves, helping you to release the patterns that are triggering your body’s stress mechanisms, and helping you to relax and let go.
How to get the most out of the meditation.
It is important that you never listen to this recording while you are driving as it works with your brainwaves to relieve stress. and it will make you drowsy.
Make sure you have time to relax when you won’t be disturbed. Turn off your phone and get comfortable. Have a blanket handy.
When you listen to the recording, you can just relax and allow the energy to do its work. Alternatively, if you have something that’s stressing you out, focus on that issue and listen to the healing with the intention of letting those patterns dissolve from your life.
