This deep relaxation meditation is for anyone who feels stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, frazzled. When you’re in that state, you can’t focus, you’re not efficient, you waste the time you do have, and nothing gets done. Not only that, but over time it can really undermine your wellbeing.
I’ve designed this recording to work with your brainwaves to gently release the patterns that set you on the spiral to overwhelm, and allow relaxation, clarity and focus to return. It’s based on many years working with my high-achieving clients and indeed with myself!
How to get the most out of the meditation.
It is important that you never listen to this recording while you are driving as it works with your brainwaves to relieve stress. and it will make you drowsy.
Make sure you have time to relax when you won’t be disturbed. Turn off your phone and get comfortable. Have a blanket handy.
When you listen to the recording, you can just relax and allow the energy to do its work. Alternatively, if you have something that’s stressing you out, focus on that issue and listen to the healing with the intention of letting those patterns dissolve from your life.
