The Key To Game-Changing Confidence

Nineteen years ago, I was forced to leave my scientific career as a lecturer in Engineering – not because I couldn’t do the job, but because something pulled the rug out from under me – my confidence evaporated, stress, imposter syndrome, destructive perfectionism. At the time, I could see no apparent reason why I had reacted this way, yet it happened. Spectacular burnout!

WHY had I reacted this way in a career for which I was so eminently qualified and capable?

I might have lost my scientific career, but thankfully my scientific mind was still working.  I knew there was more to it than met the eye. So, I embarked on a deep dive journey into the world of the subconscious mind.  I analysed exactly what my mind believed, as opposed to what I consciously believed about my life and the world, and was astonished to find that my subconscious had a completely different benchmark on life.  It was not a benchmark that promoted women’s achievement!

Over the next two decades I helped many female high-achievers in many professions – women in finance, medicine, law, politics and STEM. I was not alone in being sabotaged in this way.  The same pattern showed again and again.  High stress, imposter syndrome, anxiety, burnout – all in women who were totally capable and brilliant in their fields.  In fact, the higher the woman had got in her career, the worse the problem became!

I unmasked the cause and devised a solution, published in my book ‘Pull Back Your Power’.

Ever since my book was published, women have been asking me for my individual help and support in shifting these things for them.

This is where it all starts!  It’s in speaking up, finding that unshakeable confidence to hold your power, and command the room, even when you’re in a minority, even when you’re being interrupted and dismissed and drowned out.  This is key.

If a woman can’t do this, it is often the start of a slippery slope.  A slope that I went down and one I would wish to prevent other gifted women suffering.

Let’s be clear here.  I’m not talking about faking it, pretending, taking on an aggressive male energy in order to succeed.   I’m talking about learning how to change your deep subconscious response to these situations, so you don’t catapult into fight or flight stress, and instead, magnify your power, so it feels safe to be yourself and be noticed.

This September I’ll be teaching a select group of professional women my unique system for the first time, in ‘Female Power Voice’.

If you’d like to be in the programme, message me.
